2012 Oscar Predictions

The 84th Academy Awards ceremony will be held this year on February 26,2012 at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood, California. They will be honoring the best films of 2011 and it is scheduled to be televised on ABC. Billy Crystal will be the host this year and Brian Grazer will be taking over as producer. Billy Crystal is no new face to awards ceremony as this will be his 9th time hosting it.

Interesting Tip: Eddie Murphy was originally scheduled to host the awards ceremony but stepped down after Brett Ratner resigned as producer. Not sure whether or not Brett Ratner was asked to resign or left on his own free will after he made a gay slur while talking about the rehearsals.
